The evaluation is the starting point, the foundation, and the most important element before beginning any program at ACA Center Doral.

Every dog is different, and every family is different as well. To meet the high standards of ACA Center, we understand that the training work of one dog cannot be approached in the same way as that of another. There are no generic programs and no universal solutions.

This evaluation allows our professional trainers to observe the dog from a technical and specialized perspective. During this process, we analyze the dog’s level of maturity, how it responds to different stimuli, the handler–dog relationship, and the possible triggers behind certain reactions. This comprehensive analysis allows us to understand how the dog’s temperament and character directly influence its behavior and the way it processes learning.

Based on this information, we define the most appropriate stimuli and approach to develop a training process based on positive reinforcement that is clear and structured. In this way, we can guide the owner regarding the most appropriate work approach, aligned with their daily routine and the goals they wish to achieve with their dog, always under professional and responsible criteria.

Regardless of whether the dog is a puppy, a dog that does not present any apparent issues, or a dog with specific behaviors that require work, the evaluation is always the indispensable starting point. It is the only responsible way to understand the dog, establish clear expectations, and define the correct path from the beginning.

The owner will be present throughout the entire evaluation, which takes approximately 35 minutes.
